Iranian Trade Association of International Recruitment Offices has been established in 2004 due to high number of educated workforces in Iran and demands form developed countries for educated workforce. The main role of this association is to supervise the job agencies (50 agencies and about 10,000 clients) that are active internationally to place Iranian workforces with high qualification in the overseas market. Also authorizing work permit visa and employment for the foreigners whom wish to work and live in Iran.
Regarding the recognition of all international recruitment affiliates interested in "membership" in the International Recruitment Association of Iran, who have previously received official authorization from the Ministry of Co-operation, Labor and Social Welfare,
The creation of a database of job applicants abroad was approved by the First Vice President at the High-Level Employment Council.
